Love Yourself

We are the creators of our own limitations.

If we could see the whole process, as in this illustration, the shackles would not be effective.

But keep away from our consciousness the stage in which, through the thoughts and beliefs, we fabricate the chains to which then feel we submitted.

Scarcity, illness or fear all have power over us only if “we are confident” that they are real. But we can free ourselves from them with the same ease with which, when awakening, we free ourselves from any danger that we thought real during a bad dream…
